Training Services

The most important asset to any plant are the operations staff. CRS regard the training of site personnel to be just as important as for example the selection of process equipment.

An IVC plant is required to operate under strict permit and licence conditions, as found in the ABPR and the EA site licence. It is also a manufacturing plant producing products which need to be made to specification and marketed. Training staff to meet this challenge is a very important task.

Under the leadership of the CRS operations manager, a bespoke training and commissioning package is developed to meet the client's requirements. This programme will cover all aspects of Operation and Maintenance of the plant. The course is modular with both practical hands-on and classroom sessions.

Examples of such units include:

Composting can be likened to brewing, it can be undertaken at home in a bucket, but you would not build a brewery costing millions of pounds and then operate it with untrained or unsuitable staff.
