CRS ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF DAVID DOWNES AS A NON - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Cambridge Recycling Services ("CRS"), a leading company in the design and build of organic waste facilities, announced in February 2007 that David Downes has joined the company as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
David (61) was Finance Director at Shanks Group plc, the FTSE 250 waste management company for twelve years before his retirement at the end of 2005. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants; a graduate of King's College, London and holds an MBA from Stanford University, California. David has also been Finance Director of Grand Metropolitan Brewing Division, MBS plc, and Hunter Saphir Plc. He is also a non-executive director of Danka Business Systems plc and Meretec Ltd.
